Are You Making $500 an Hour?
Would you like to make $500 an hour?
Everyone of us have the potential to make $500 an hour, however, most of
us spend too much time focusing on activities that are only worth $10 an hour. Think
about the tasks you do each week; now how much do you think each activity
is worth to your business?
I
have created an activity list below that is fairly common to this industry.
Evaluate each of the activities below and next month we will show you which are worth $10, $100 or $500 an hour.
-
Discussing a job with a client
-
Creating a proposal
-
Picking out a piece of furniture
-
Selecting fabric for a window
treatment
-
Organizing your office filing system
-
Organizing your workroom
-
Public speaking to community groups
-
Attending conventions, trade shows or
classes for this industry
-

your local newspaper
-
Fabricating a custom window treatment
-
Creating or updating your website
-
Reading trade magazines, marketing
books or other books to help you grow your business
-
Creating a quality brochure for your
company

vendors to learn about new products
-
Reading emails and responding to them
-
Correcting a problem that might have
arisen with a client
