Are you tired of scrolling around on your computer screen? Here is an easy way to see more data on your screen.
Right click on your Windows Desktop >> click Properties >> click Settings >> move the slider bar all the way to the right >> click Ok or Apply to check out the new resolution. Try this new resolution for a week or so. It may take that long to acclimate to the smaller font size. Open a few programs like QuickBooks or Studio and notice the new amount of viewable space compared to your old resolution. For instance, in QuickBooks you will be able to see 10 - 20 more line items on your estimate; in Studio you will be able to see a whole window treatment and still see details. Smaller monitors may prohibit some resolutions.
If a new monitor is in your near future, consider purchasing a 19" monitor and use a 1280 x 1024 resolution.
