Are you tired of scrolling around on your computer screen? Here is an easy way to see more data on your screen.
Right click on your Windows Desktop >> click Properties >> click Settings >> move the slider bar all the way to the right >> click Ok or Apply to check out the new resolution. Try this new resolution for a week or so. It may take that long to acclimate to the smaller font size. Open a few programs like QuickBooks or Studio and notice the amount of viewable space you are able to view compared to your old resolution. For instance, in QuickBooks you will be able to see maybe 10 - 20 more line items on your estimate; in Studio you will be able to see the whole window treatment and still see the detail. Smaller monitors may prohibit some resolutions.
If a new monitor is in your near future consider purchasing a 19" monitor and use a 1280 x 1024 resolution.
