Learn to Quote with QuickBooks!
Creating proposals for custom window and bed treatments can be a time consuming process. There are variables in every job you quote: the amount of fabric, size and style of the treatment, whether the job has custom hardware, lining and interlining, etc. If you forget to include any one of these, you lose money.

I knew it would be easy for someone who already had experience in this industry, but didn't realize it would be just as easy for someone with no experience at all. WOW, what a great day!

The screenshot on the left shows a proposal for a Kingston valance. When we entered the group code "Valance" numerous other related items automatically appeared. Then we simply entered the linear feet of the Kingston and then chose the correct size Kingston that applied to our job. Next, we determined the amount of fabric required and plugged the suggested yardage amount into the fabric line. Within minutes the quote was complete!
