If you would like to add a creative touch to your photographs, this is a great program and it's Free! This is a simple and fun program which creates a slide show that you can email to anyone or burn a CD and give as a very special gift. Why not use this as a marketing tool for your business; create a slide show on CD as a thank-you gift for your client? After you have finished installing a job for a client, take time to take quality photographs of your projects. Create a slide show, burn a CD and create a custom CD label. The CD case could be clear so that the label shows through the case. You could also create a written thank-you letter to go with the CD. If you have our QuickBooks System there is a great thank-you letter included in the booklet. No need to reinvent the wheel!
Below is a sample of a slide show that I created for a client. I created two text pages and then converted them to jpeg/gif format so I could include them on the CD. (Be patient downloading the video clip takes a few minutes.) The movie clip that you will create from Photo Story will be much larger than the clip below. Also, I only had two music files, one was blues and the other Beethoven. Guess which one I choose? Once you find a music file you like for your clients, just use it over and over.
