Silhouettes and Vignettes can substantially increase your profit on a job. Below are a few tips on how to draw the softer side of the hard window covering offerings -- the Silhouettes and Vignettes by Hunter Douglas.

For the Silhouette, use a 2" wood blind from the Hard Treatments Folder. Add color, and then draw a rectangle with the Rectangle Tool with a rectangle in the same color, made transparent.

For the Vignette, start with a piece from the Shade Folder, the Roman Shade bottom. Add color, make it semi-opaque using the Transparency function, and then duplicate. Starting from the bottom of the shade, stack the duplicate images, overlapping slightly.
