Minutes Matter Work Order System will help systematize your workroom! Doing things the same way, every time, reduces the chance of making a mistake. Although window and bed treatments can be fabricated in many different ways, the basics remain the same. This system has sixteen work order forms which are all formatted alike, such as, name of client, name and color of face fabrics, cut widths and lengths, type and color of linings used, etc. Simply fill in the blanks. When there are choices, circle the appropriate choice. Illustrated on the form is a calculation box, which is a great tool to help establish the cut widths or cut lengths. Completed work orders will become a permanent record in your client's file.

Our clear ruler is a great tool to help you sketch your treatments to scale on the Work Order System. Since the ruler is clear, it is easy to see graph paper lines as you are sketching.
